Mortgage Loan Originator - Investment Real Estate

About the role

Mortgage Loan Originators at Sherman Bridge are responsible for originating loans for investment real estate properties. This includes pre-approving borrowers, preparing loan documents, and closing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-approve borrowers for investment real estate loans
• Prepare and review loan documents
• Closely monitor loan performance
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
• Prior experience in mortgage lending, real estate, banking, or a related financial services industry
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven, client-facing environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with loan origination software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
