Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit and financial analysis to evaluate borrower eligibility
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Provide timely and accurate information to borrowers regarding loan terms and conditions
• Handle inquiries and concerns from clients in a professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Knowledge of federal and state lending laws and regulations
• Experience with loan processing systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required
