Mortgage Loan Originator (Arizona) *Commission Only*

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans and providing ongoing support throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit and financial analysis to evaluate loan applications
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
• Manage and close loan transactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-loan
• Meet sales targets and adhere to underwriting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
