Responsibilities
- Orders loan services such as flood determination, title, and tax transcripts as required for the loan program and investor(s).
- Ensures flood determination is delivered to borrower(s) according to internal procedures and Federal Regulations.
- Reviews and analyzes Automated Underwriting Services (AUS) findings.
- Identifies and files supporting loan documentation in correct placeholders.
- Accurately completes the file quality checklist.
- Maintains internal service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of previous mortgage experience.
- Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-direct, prioritize, manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simplistic terms.
- Strong attention to detail.
