Minimum 1 year of sales and mortgage experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to actively listen and identify client needs. Skilled in suggesting and promoting products or services. Ability to learn and use multiple technology platforms. Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. Able to manage the full client loan process and resolve issues. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with change. Strong sales performance history. Willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed. Professional and confident when speaking with clients over the phone. Ability to balance performance, compliance, and client service. Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state policies.

  • Contact center experience.
  • Knowledge of loan products: Conventional, Jumbo, Government, FHA, HUD.
  • Familiarity with underwriting, closing, and federal lending regulations.
  • Ability to analyze credit and financial data to advise clients.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to ask the right questions.

Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM (Eastern). Rotating Saturdays: 8 AM–3:30 PM. Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (approx. 8 weeks). Training is 100% in-office, no time off allowed. Post-training: Hybrid with 5 in-office days per month.
