About the role
Totally About Houses (TAH) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join their in-house lending team. Located in Louisville, KY, TAH provides a supportive environment where you can thrive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating lending solutions for clients and will work closely with TAH’s realtor team.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute loan solutions for clients
- Work collaboratively with TAH’s realtor team
- Benefit from warm leads and buyer/seller referrals provided by in-house agents
Requirements
- Proven track record in creating lending solutions
- Experience working with real estate professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan officer experience
- Lending license required
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
