Mortgage Loan Officer

About the role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements, manage a portfolio of customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions and analyze customer financial information for complex borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Recommend loan solutions based on lending guidelines and client needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek prospective opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls to retain and develop new clients.
• Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted or complex borrowers.

Requirements

• Customer-focused with knowledge of practices aligning customer needs and satisfaction.
• Ability to assess and manage risks in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Preferred skills: Banking Products, Client Prospecting, Customer Relationships, Customer Solutions, Documentation, Innovation, Mortgages, Sales.
• Key competencies: Customer Experience Management, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Loan Origination, Matrix Management, Mortgage Products, Sales Tasks and Activities, Scheduling Work and Activities, Selling.

Pay

Base Salary: $37,440.00. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
