Originate high-quality residential real estate loans, cross-sell Peoples Bank products and services to customers and the community, and build and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and consumers to enhance future business opportunities. Provide home ownership education to prospective homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Originate residential real estate loans
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and consumers
- Educate prospective homeowners on home ownership

- Specialty products for in-house servicing loans
Work Environment
- In-house processing and underwriting
- Underwriting turn time in 48 hours or less

- Partnerships with multiple local agencies providing homebuyer assistance
Requirements
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience
- Mortgage experience working in Northwest Indiana
