Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their eligibility, and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Manage the end-to-end loan origination process, including application review, documentation collection, and submission for underwriting.
• Stay up to date on current mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, throughout the loan application process.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
• Keep clients informed of the status of their loan application, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach to build a strong professional network and generate leads.
