Responsibilities

• Assist our members as they kick-start their dreams of home ownership.
• Discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about.
• Ensure loan details are correct and within compliance.
• Communicate effectively with members, providing guidance on achieving their home ownership goals.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the loan process runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous mortgage lending experience required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping members achieve their home ownership goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to handle detailed tasks and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills

• Knowledge of mortgage loan policies and credit granting criteria.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Starting Range: $22.91/hr. - $28.63/hr.
• Full Range: $22.91/hr. - $34.36/hr.

Schedule

• This position is an in-person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
