About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help drive the loan process from application to closing with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist our members as they kick-start their dreams of home ownership.
• Discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about.
• Ensure loan details are correct and within compliance.
• Communicate effectively with members to help them achieve their home ownership goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Requirements

• Previous mortgage lending experience required.

Pay

• Starting Range: $22.91/hr. - $28.63/hr.
• Full Range: $22.91/hr. - $34.36/hr.

Schedule

• This position is an in-person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
