We are a well-respected banking organization in Minnesota seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our mortgage team.
Responsibilities
- Originate and structure consumer/mortgage loans
- Collect and analyze borrower income
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Manage competing priorities effectively within established timeframes
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant consumer/mortgage originating and loan structuring experience (preferred)
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and trust
- Team-player with a selfless attitude
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
