About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help drive the loan process from application to closing with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Mortgage Loan Officers assist members as they begin their journey toward home ownership, explaining loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and documentation in clear, positive terms.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through the mortgage loan process from application to closing.
• Ensure loan details are accurate and compliant with all regulations.
• Communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and documentation in a way borrowers understand.
• Provide solutions for borrowers who do not initially qualify, outlining steps needed to achieve eligibility.
• Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication with members.

Requirements

• Previous mortgage lending experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay

Starting range: $22.91 /hr – $28.63 /hr. Full range: $22.91 /hr – $34.36 /hr.
