Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Discuss member’s needs and recommend the best loan products
- Help members put together complete loan submissions
- Assist members with inquiries regarding Refinance, Purchase, Construction/Rehab, Secondary Market and FHA/VA loans
- Maintain an active knowledge base of GECU’s loan products
- Prepare initial loan disclosures for member review
- Monitor processing pipeline for timely documentation
- Complete GECU required mortgage lending BAI Training sessions
- Maintain the required MLO designation
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of experience in mortgage lending
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and analyze financial information
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
