Responsibilities

• Works directly with clients to determine the mortgage product that best suits their needs.
• Manages the loan process from start to finish for a quick and efficient closing.
• Ensures all loan documents are properly prepared before customer signing.
• Accurately and timely submits mortgage loans to secondary market.
• Keeps credit files current with relevant, limited and appropriate information.
• Cross-sells deposit relationships to mortgage customers.
• Maintains professionalism and actively participates in community organizations.
• Exhibits professional behavior and promotes positive working relationships with internal staff.
• Understands and adheres to all bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Completes compliance training as assigned and follows internal processes and controls.
• Reports all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations to appropriate management.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is required.
• Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
