Mortgage Loan Officer

We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Develop and implement customized mortgage solutions
- Manage the entire mortgage process from application to closing
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Meet sales targets and quotas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $100,000 - $300,000/year, health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.

Full-time position
