Your Impact: Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applicationsProvide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companiesBuild rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management In This Role You Will: Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financingFollow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and textsEvaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentationStructure financing options for investment properties using DFS productsCommunicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process Requirements: Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing dealsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsDependable and reliable with consistent work ethicStrong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication toolsEnergetic, persistent, and open to coaching and feedback AI-Enabled Workplace Our company actively incorporates artificial intelligence into daily operations and expects team members to utilize AI tools as part of their standard workflow.
