About the role
Responsible for originating mortgage loans, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct loan origination meetings with clients
- Review and approve loan applications
- Ensure compliance with federal and state lending laws
- Manage loan files and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding loan status and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage banking or financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of mortgage underwriting and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
