Mortgage Loan Officer

Stockton Mortgage is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to start a career as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), also known as Mortgage Loan Officer. No prior mortgage experience is required; training and support are provided.

About the role

This sales‑driven position focuses on meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Successful MLOs develop relationships with homebuyers, real estate professionals, and community members to build a book of business. The role is not a traditional desk job; success depends on generating new business, owning your career, and offers significant earning potential and greater control over your time.
