Citizens State Bank in Hudson, WI is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented professional to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer. This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity to earn additional paid commission. You will grow our mortgage portfolio through strong community connections and exceptional client service, identify new lending opportunities, manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth, timely closings.

Requirements

• Three to five years of similar or related experience
• Familiarity with mortgage loan products, guidelines, and documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and priorities simultaneously
