Responsibilities
- Guide homebuyers through seamless mortgage experiences.
- Underwrite loans, review files, and maintain accuracy in lending decisions.
- Expand your network by fostering lasting partnerships with top referral sources—realtors, builders, and community leaders.
- Champion community engagement at events, parades, and expos.
- Deliver top-tier expertise to every borrower by staying ahead of the curve with ongoing education in USDA, VA, and construction loans.
- Leverage the expertise of the Mortgage Processing Team to enhance loan accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Own your portfolio with a results-driven mindset, monitoring performance and ensuring loan integrity through thoughtful follow-up.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lending experience (mortgage, consumer, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skilled in developing and nurturing referral networks.
- Underwriting expertise is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
