The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect we map content to those standard headings where appropriate. However we must not repeat the job title as a heading. Also we should not put Job ID etc.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What We're Looking For + Minimum qualifications + Licensing), Skills maybe, Benefits (Compensation & Benefits). Pay? Not specified specific numbers, just "competitive compensation structure". That's vague; we should not create Pay section if not specific. Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like bullet points.
