Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

About the role

This role serves as a true right-hand partner to our Loan Officer. It is not an entry-level support role and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-approval pipeline
• Manage client and agent communication
• Follow up with active and inactive leads
• Ensure files are clean, structured, and moving forward
• Be the knowledgeable and reliable point of contact when the Loan Officer is unavailable

Requirements

• Strong mortgage experience
• Client-facing
• Detail-oriented
• Confident in managing files and communication
