- At least two years’ experience closing Conventional and government loans
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of real estate lending criteria, compliance, federal/state regulations
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment typical to Mortgage Banking
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Experience with Encompass software

- Physically capable of expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Physically capable of exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, using arms and legs, and sitting most of the time
- Physically capable of having close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
