Mortgage Home Equity Specialist

What You'll Do

• Utilize daily pipeline reports to effectively manage workflow and meet turnaround expectations
• Order appraisals, title work, verifications, and other required documentation
• Verify and update application details, including income, employment, and supporting information
• Communicate professionally and proactively with members and Mortgage Consultants regarding loan status
• Prepare closing documentation and coordinate loan closings and disbursement of funds
• Possess a deep understanding of all second mortgage products and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan processing from application through funding
• Work closely with members and internal teams to keep loans moving efficiently and provide clear, professional communication throughout the process
• Respond promptly to inquiries from members, managers, and teammates
• Review files for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• One to three years of similar or related experience (consumer or mortgage lending experience preferred)
