What You'll Do
- Utilize daily pipeline reports to effectively manage workflow and meet turnaround expectations
- Order appraisals, title work, verifications, and other required documentation
- Verify and update application details, including income, employment, and supporting information
- Communicate professionally and proactively with members and Mortgage Consultants regarding loan status
- Prepare closing documentation and coordinate loan closings and disbursement of funds
- Possess a deep understanding of all second mortgage products and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely loan processing from application through funding
- Work closely with members and internal teams to keep loans moving efficiently and provide clear, professional communication throughout the process
- Respond promptly to inquiries from members, managers, and teammates
- Review files for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- One to three years of similar or related experience (consumer or mortgage lending experience preferred)
