About the role

The Lyons National Bank is hiring a Full-Time Mortgage Processor based onsite at the Operations Center in Geneva. The role supports Mortgage Loan Operations, coordinating loan processing from application to closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in support of the Mortgage Loan Operations area.
• Coordinate all internal and external activities needed to move loans from application to closing.
• Ensure that all documentation requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate closings with branch offices and attorneys.
• Assist attorneys in preparing closing documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized education or training related to mortgage processing.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

• Proven ability to multi‑task while providing superior customer service.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $26.60 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
