Responsibilities
- Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
- Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
- Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
- Complete a short form in an app.
- Be able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas)
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
Pay and Hours
- This is a 1099 position.
- Earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour.
- Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural, complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week.
- No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.
