Mortgage Condo Desk Underwriter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Condo Desk Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you will review and assess condominium project documentation to determine eligibility and compliance with agency and investor guidelines. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of condo project reviews, underwriting standards, and risk assessment within the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals
• Partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years previous condo project review experience required

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

• Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
