Mortgage Assistant Sales Manager/Team Lead

About the Role

At Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage, the Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader is responsible for managing 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers backed by an unstoppable marketing machine with LEADS, LEADS, LEADS. The Sales Manager will assist the team to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

Job Duties

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, interviewing and hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department

Qualifications

• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Base pay is roughly 70K + Bonus. Can be up to 100K+ with bonus opportunities.
