Qualifications

• Familiarity with loan documentation requirements helpful, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality service to the Mortgage Banker and customers
• Provide assistance to customers when the Mortgage Banker is unavailable
• Confirm appointments
• Schedule closings
• Research permit statuses
• Data base clean-up
• Make loan paperwork copies and scan into master loan file
• Type closing letters to customers and purchase thank you gifts
