Mortgage Loan Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and distribute relevant pipeline reports.
• Assist in administrative duties associated with loan files.
• Support branch accounting by paying all invoices and completing other related tasks.
• Maintain loan accuracy, compliance, and quality control throughout the process.
• Build foundational knowledge of the loan process including loan applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in an environment where priorities and needs change quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications.
• Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with a team.
• Prior customer service or mortgage banking experience is a plus.
