This is not a traditional management role. You won’t be buried in operations, fixing problems, or managing day-to-day workflows. About the Role This role offers the ability to build and lead a team without operational drag, dedicated operational infrastructure to support your business and your team, a focus on sales leadership, mentorship, and growth, and the opportunity to scale beyond your personal production. Responsibilities Continue producing at a high levelLead from the front through production and exampleProvide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week)Help recruit and develop talent on the sales sideDrive culture, accountability, and performance Qualifications Approximately years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, to include Principal lending management roles. Less experience may be considered given past achievements. Required Skills Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/ division.Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Leadership skills evolving from a passion for sales accomplishment, team development, training, and practice growth.
