The ideal candidate will have an established book of real estate and lending institution contacts, a firm grasp on industry trends, and a proven track record of matching lenders and mortgage products to potential borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate and lending institutions
• Match lenders and mortgage products to potential borrowers
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments
• Manage loan applications and ensure timely processing
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners

Requirements

• Proven track record in the mortgage industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of various mortgage products and processes

Skills

• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
