About the role

Responsible for reviewing, auditing, and interacting with all participating Lenders to assure documents meet State, Investor, and Regulatory Requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review FHA, HECM, USDA and VA documentation for completion and accuracy.
  • Review signed loan documents for compliance with federal, state, and company laws and policies.
  • Ensure that all closing packages meet the company standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Correspond with processors, underwriters, post closers, title companies and closing agents to obtain corrected/outstanding documentation.
  • Prepare loan file for investor delivery.
  • Obtain investor suspense conditions for loan purchase.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years' experience in an administrative setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and must be organized.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Pay

$18.09 per hour.

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position based in Vienna, VA.
