Mortgage Admin (Entry Level)
About the role
Responsible for reviewing, auditing, and interacting with all participating Lenders to assure documents meet State, Investor, and Regulatory Requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review FHA, HECM, USDA and VA documentation for completion and accuracy.
- Review signed loan documents for compliance with federal, state, and company laws and policies.
- Ensure that all closing packages meet the company standards for quality and accuracy.
- Correspond with processors, underwriters, post closers, title companies and closing agents to obtain corrected/outstanding documentation.
- Prepare loan file for investor delivery.
- Obtain investor suspense conditions for loan purchase.
Requirements
- 0-2 years' experience in an administrative setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and must be organized.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Pay
$18.09 per hour.

This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position based in Vienna, VA.
