About the Role

Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Itinerant Therapy Program in East Tennessee, seeking Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) who want to focus on direct therapy with students. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing you to provide speech-language services under appropriate supervision without the responsibilities of evaluations or case management.

Our itinerant therapy model delivers high-quality therapy directly to communities, emphasizing flexibility and clinician support.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload.
• Deliver speech-language services under supervision, without evaluations or case management duties.
• Build relationships and support student progress through direct therapy.
