About the Role

Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Itinerant Therapy Program in East Tennessee, seeking Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) who want to focus on direct therapy with students. This role offers a clinician-focused experience, bringing high-quality therapy directly to communities while providing flexibility and support.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • No Evaluations. No Case Management. Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management.
  • More Face-to-Face Time With Students: Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload. Spend your time building relationships, supporting progress, and making a meaningful difference.
  • Full-Time & Part-Time Flexibility: Whether you're looking for full-time work or part-time hours that fit your schedule, our itinerant therapy model offers options for both.
  • Travel & Lodging Support: For team members traveling to provide services, Thrive can coordinate travel logistics and lodging to support your scheduled on-site days.

Support & Resources

  • Materials & Clinical Resources Provided: Thrive provides therapy materials, clinical resources, and tools so you can arrive prepared and focus on students instead of sourcing materials yourself.
  • A Team Behind You: You'll work with and be supported by experienced clinicians, regional leadership, operational partners, behavioral specialists, and other members of the Thrive team.

Our Mission

At Thrive, we're building a more clinician-focused way to deliver therapy to students and communities. If you're an SLPA looking for meaningful work, less administrative burden, greater flexibility, and a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Help us bring therapy where it's needed most—and spend more of your time making an impact with students.
