Mandatory Hours

Soccer Shots operates Tuesday-Friday from 9am-1pm. Additional hours may be available.

About the Role

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children aged 2 to 8 years old and are passionate about our mission.

Responsibilities

• Attend coaches' meetings at the beginning of the season.
• Review the online curriculum (provided and aligned with Nevada early education standards).
• Maintain equipment in good condition and arrive on time to set up the field for the session.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
• Gather children from classrooms and return them after the session (for childcare sites).
• Follow proper protocols for each location as outlined by Soccer Shots supervisors.
• Conduct fun and positive 35- to 45-minute sessions, adhering to the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $20.00 per hour
• Opportunity for hourly increases
• Coaching sessions typically last 35 to 45 minutes
• A part-time coach handles 10-15 sessions per week and shares in administrative and marketing roles
