Morning Show Co-Host

Are you a Jesus follower with a passion for connecting with people? The WBCL Radio Network is looking for an engaging communicator to become the next co-host of our beloved morning team. We’re looking for someone who can share their faith in a genuine, relatable way across live radio and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong on-air versatility, creative storytelling, and experience with digital and social media. Strong audio production experience is required. On-Air Duties Co-host a regular live morning air shift Create digital and social content connected to the show Operate the control board and edit phone bits, interviews, and audio content Contribute to daily show planning and creative content development Can collaborate on audio production Potential podcast host for the right fit General Qualifications 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market) Efficient in production using Adobe or similar tools Efficient and experienced with creating digital/social media content Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcasting, or similar field desired If you want to be a vital part of growing the network’s already strong presence in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and online, send your resume and aircheck to employment@wbcl.org.
