Morning Show Co-Host

About the role

WBCL Radio Network is seeking an engaging communicator to co-host our beloved morning team. The ideal candidate is a Jesus follower with a passion for connecting with people, sharing faith in a genuine and relatable way across live radio and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Co-host a regular live morning air shift
• Create digital and social content connected to the show
• Operate the control board and edit phone bits, interviews, and audio content
• Contribute to daily show planning and creative content development
• Collaborate on audio production
• Potentially host a podcast

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market)
• Efficient in audio production using Adobe or similar tools
• Experience creating digital and social media content
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcasting, or a similar field is desired.
