About the role

Join an established team that has proudly served the community for over 10 years with more than 100 caregivers dedicated to helping seniors thrive safely and comfortably at home. We're hiring caregivers who live in or near Whittier. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
• Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training also considered)
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – we will help you through the process if not yet registered
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Available to work weekends to qualify for the hiring bonus
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Requirements

• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers, lift up to 35 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally), push wheelchairs or medical equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout your shift

Pay

Earn $20.00‑$22.50 per hour on weekdays, up to $24.50 per hour on weekends (weekend premium pay).

Flexible full‑time and part‑time schedules available.
