As an industry leader, the company develops, owns and operates award-winning properties across 5 states including New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests
• Manage reservations and seating
• Support a smooth and organized flow of the dining room
• Greet and seat guests
• Answer phones
• Assist with guest requests
• Maintain a clean host stand and dining area
• Provide information about hotel services to ensure a pleasant and efficient guest dining experience
