Montgomery VPC Team - (2nd Shift) PIO Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PIO team members
• Ensure the PIO installation procedures and processes are followed
• Correct parts issues and any other obstacles to production
• Certified in all accessory installations
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair installation issues
• Ensure all team members documentation requirements are met
• Ensure all team members understand the requirement to follow the customer's installation instruction sheets
• Ensure all team members can read and understand customer quality requirements
• Ensure all team member installations meet or exceed quality specifications
• Perform periodic audits to ensure installations are accurately and effectively installed
• Oversee the tool control program for PIO shift and ensure accountability and accuracy of required tools and materials
• Continuously improve accessory installation processes and recommend adjustments

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience with hand tools preferred

Skills

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to record and verify numbers 17 characters in length
• Demonstrated mechanical abilities
• General knowledge of automobile components
• Operate basic hand tools, drills, wrenches, etc.
