About the role
CREC Montessori Magnet School seeks a highly committed and dedicated Montessori Primary teacher starting in the 2026-2027 school year.

Requirements
- AMI Primary diploma
- CT State teaching certificate
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working in a public school setting preferred
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and methodology
- Experience in a Montessori classroom environment
- Strong observational skills
- Ability to prepare and maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging learning environment
