Montessori Instructional Coach, Alpha - $150,000/year USD
What You Will Be Doing
- Conect one-on-one and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, exemplifying excellence for the team
- Examine and calibrate Guide documentation each week for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility into milestone tracking
- Develop family communications and convene team meetings that synchronize priorities and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness targets
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related discipline; Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related area
- Demonstrated experience facilitating group activities with young children aged 3 to 5
- Experience designing and executing play-based programs or curricula that promote developmental milestone achievement, such as Montessori
- A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with accountability for performance outcomes
- Background in composing written family updates and facilitating team coordination meetings within an educational context
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Knowledge of edtech systems, adaptive dashboards, or digital observation instruments applied in early childhood environments
- Practical experience with behavior guidance methods and co-regulation approaches for children ages 3-5

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
