Montessori Guide (Toddler & Casa)

About the role

Waterdown Montessori School is a CCMA-accredited institution with a 40-year history in the Burlington/Waterdown area. We are currently seeking a Guide to join us at either the toddler or Casa level, with the potential to start as an assistant.

Requirements

- AMI or MACTE accredited diploma - Previous Montessori experience - Patience, positive attitude, kindness, friendly demeanor, and love and respect for children - Ability to work well with others - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Excellent program planning skills and thorough knowledge of the Montessori program - Experience working in a collaborative Montessori environment - Current criminal reference check - Current First Aid and CPR certification and up-to-date medical records - Two references provided
