Monitoring Services Oversight Manager (Remote)

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for monitoring service vendors
• Create governance models to enhance vendor performance
• Align resource strategies with vendor leads to support trial needs
• Oversee site activation, enrollment, and data flow for studies
• Manage monitoring resource training and study-related issue resolution
• Drive performance management using key performance and quality indicators
• Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers to improve site recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• Significant experience in clinical research or operations oversight
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing vendor relationships in clinical development
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Proven capability to identify risks and drive improvements in performance

Pay

$145,600 – $270,400 annually
