We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "PLEASE NOTE:" maybe part of requirements? It's about requirement; we can keep as part of requirements but not as separate heading. The link to course maybe part of qualifications? It's about requirement; we can keep as part of qualifications but maybe it's application instruction? It's a link to recommended course; it's not application instruction but part of qualification. We'll keep it. We need to parse the posting. Content: Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.900000 | Full Time | 3rd Shift - Nights Salary Range: $21.19 - $29.15 Shift Differentials $2.15 extra per hour between 11:00pm and 7:00am (Nights)$1.27 extra per hour between 3:00pm and 11:00pm (Swing Shift)$1.10 extra per hour for weekend shifts Position Summary The Cardiac Monitor Tech is responsible for the unit’s clerical duties, transcription of orders, communication of information and requisition of supplies and equipment. At Asante, We Are Guided By Our Values Excellence - Respect - Honesty - Service - Teamwork Asante is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and to employing and advancing qualified individuals of all backgrounds, including women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans. We need to remove EEO boilerplate (the last paragraph about Equal Opportunity Employer). Also remove "At Asante, We Are Guided By Our Values Excellence - Respect - Honesty - Service - Teamwork" maybe not boilerplate? It's values statement; could be considered part of description but maybe not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Values statement maybe not boilerplate but could be considered fluff; but it's not EEO. It's okay to keep? Might be considered not substantive? It's generic values; but we can keep as part of description? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Values not listed. Could keep but maybe better to drop as not essential. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; values may be considered substantive? It's generic but still part of posting. I'd keep it maybe as a

under a section like About the role? But we have no About the role heading unless we create one. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections as appropriate. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Position Summary (responsibilities) => Responsibilities section. - Position Qualifications => Qualifications section (maybe also Requirements? The posting has "Position Qualifications" and "Required Skills/Abilities". Could combine into Qualifications and Skills sections. - Required Skills/Abilities => Skills section. - Additional Position Details includes FTE, Full Time, 3rd Shift - Nights, Salary Range, Shift Differentials. This gives Pay and Schedule info. So we can have Pay section (salary range + differentials) and Schedule section (shift details, FTE, full time, 3rd shift nights). Also maybe Working Environment (shifts length) could go under Schedule or separate? Could be part of Schedule. - Total Rewards => Benefits section (health, retirement, PTO, professional development, additional benefits). Also includes Competitive Pay but we already have Pay. - Working Environment => maybe part of Schedule or separate? Could be a brief note under Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
