Monitor Technician

Job Description

Responsible to provide basic patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse. Responsible to provide general clerical and receptionist duties for the department.

Education And Credentials

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a Nurse Assistant certification course preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS course required.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written.

Experience

• Able to maintain composure and effectiveness in emergency situations and when handling multiple priorities.
• Able to both hear and possess visual acuity necessary in collecting data.
