Monitor Tech- Nights

About the role

A vital role in patient safety - no prior healthcare experience required. Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Telemetry Monitor Tech to join our ICU team on nights.

Responsibilities

• Continuously observe cardiac monitors and identify rhythm changes
• Report relevant findings to nursing staff promptly for further investigation
• Support the ICU team with core telemetry technician skills and techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA certification preferred, not required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Willingness to complete Gateway Regional's basic dysrhythmia training (provided)
• Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
