ER at Blue Diamond, an extension of Spring Valley Hospital, is a freestanding emergency department providing 24/7 emergency care to infants, children, and adults. It has achieved TJC Advanced Certifications in Acute Stroke Ready and Acute Heart Attack Ready.

About the Role

Responsible for the monitoring and recognition of continuous electrocardiographic telemetry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or successful completion of an arrhythmia test given by the Education Department.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Certification of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
