Maintain Safety and Quality

• Adhere to and promote TEAM’s Core Values
• Implement, maintain, and develop QMS for continuous improvement
• Perform District assessments on QMS and compliance with regulations
• Resolve non-conformances, corrective actions, customer complaints, and other issues
• Assist in third-party and customer assessments and District Internal Audits
• Develop and implement corrective actions and follow-up work
• Ensure customer satisfaction through analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction data
• Identify, track, and resolve customer issues
• Conduct Supplier assessments and maintain a District approved supplier list
• Assist in creating control logs for equipment calibration and asset tracking
• Support District in completing annual management reviews, record retention, and destruction policy
• Maintain awareness and understanding of applicable regulations, codes, standards, and specifications
• Communicate requirements to affected branch personnel
• Provide training to District personnel, including customers, to ensure program compliance, process efficiency, and effectiveness
• Act as liaison to Corporate and Regional Quality Assurance personnel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• Five (5) or more years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
