Maintain Safety and Quality
- Adhere to and promote TEAM’s Core Values
- Implement, maintain, and develop QMS for continuous improvement
- Perform District assessments on QMS and compliance with regulations
- Resolve non-conformances, corrective actions, customer complaints, and other issues
- Assist in third-party and customer assessments and District Internal Audits
- Develop and implement corrective actions and follow-up work
- Ensure customer satisfaction through analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction data
- Identify, track, and resolve customer issues
- Conduct Supplier assessments and maintain a District approved supplier list
- Assist in creating control logs for equipment calibration and asset tracking
- Support District in completing annual management reviews, record retention, and destruction policy
- Maintain awareness and understanding of applicable regulations, codes, standards, and specifications
- Communicate requirements to affected branch personnel
- Provide training to District personnel, including customers, to ensure program compliance, process efficiency, and effectiveness
- Act as liaison to Corporate and Regional Quality Assurance personnel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Five (5) or more years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
